You have 30 calendar days to return all items from the date you received them. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE A CHARGED TO ALL RETURNS! To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN 1 PACKAGE! Proof of purchase is required to be eligible all for returns.
Once all items are received, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned items. We’ll also notify you on the status of your refund. THE COST OF DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS WITH BE PRORATED AND ADDED TO THE RESTOCKING FEE! Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
